On Demand classes are a great opportunity to get yourself moving anytime anywhere. You will find many videos including an introduction to The Feldenkrais Method®, a 10-minute breathing sequence, a 10-minute ab workout and many of your Pilates and Awareness Through Movement® lessons. Classes range from 5 minutes to over 30 minutes and new classes will be added on a regular basis.
